nope, shes a different character actually. the character in housewife radio was Nancy. the character in this song is Frances, she is Henry's, aka Nancy's husbands, mom

and for the story, frances gives birth to henry when shes very young and the father leaves her. so she has to raise henry by herself. and frances is very abusive towards henry, plus she has drinking problems. henry meets nancy in school and the two grows close. henry is fascinated by nancy's synesthesia (a condition where one sense comes through as another. like, you hear a word and instantly see a word) and they marry when they grow up. but even when they live in an another house, frances still keeps bothering them. she calls henry everyday and tells him how terrible nancy is for 'taking henry away from her.' so, henry decides enough is enough then stops communicating with his mom entirely, and moves to a state far away with nancy. nancy starts getting paranoid and anxious, afraid that henry will leave her, too. henry tries to comfort her all the time. but after a while, it becomes overwhelming, so he leaves a note behind and tries to leave the house while nancy is awake. but nancy wakes up, and kills henry so yeah crazy stuff
