Nice question sir.,,, I made correct fbd till 1st case but I couldn't guess the shift of N due to heavier mass.,, ✌✌👌👌

Sir, why is the contact point not the entire thread on the wheel, and is only one point?

Sir why rotational equilibrium established there....there should be some angular acceleration ....

Sir u can compile your advance illustration in a book/ebook it would be very beneficial for us. I personally did lot of rough work and not able to extract complete concepts from my handwritten Pathfinder solñ

Sir if pulley is massless then value of tension on both sides of pulley should be same?
@zed.61283 жыл бұрын
No, vo tab hota agar friction between cylinder and disc nahi hota .
@mamtamittal3051 Жыл бұрын
See if the pulley is massless then the disc has no moment inertia which means that tension should be equal on both sides becuase now the net torque should come out 0 but here there iis friction hence net torque with friction should come out 0. Its likeMoment of inertia is 0 doesnt mean that body cannot have angular accelration e, it only means that the torque is 0
@mateen87933 жыл бұрын
It doesn't matter whether disc is massless or not as linear acceleration of disc is zero.

Friction is the only force which making the disc rotate.....toh friction force right me lagega na
@zed.61283 жыл бұрын
Jo force disc ko rotate kar raha hai vo friction between string and disc hai naki friction between cylinder and disc.
@arianislam76363 жыл бұрын
Sir has taken net torque zero so there is no rotation. Friction is stopping the rotation. The thread is sliding on the non rotating pulley

Bro is this series better or Ashish Arora advanced illustrations???
@iitjeeaspirant15953 жыл бұрын
@@earningguru4739 Definitely better, Ashish sir's checklist has some easy questions but even in the tougher ones's concept is not explained. These questions are challenging and also clear your concepts!

Sir pls explain why we assume that pulley is mass less?
@PhysicswithAkashGoyal3 жыл бұрын
This information is missing in the question and answer is given according to massless pulley
