Rotational Physiotherapist: Initial thoughts of Acute Medicine

I am currently on my third rotation, now on Acute Medicine. Acute medicine is also known as Front door, the team that covers the emergency department and areas attached to it. I have not get had the chance to be on ED avoiding admissions, but I have been working on the short stay units and aiming to get patients out in a 72hr window.
