Hi Danielle.. My MRI report of the right shoulder is: This examination reveals a partial thickness articular surface tear in the insertion of the supraspinatus tendon. Moderate supraspinatus tendinosis. Mild infraspinatus tendinosis. Mild anterior downsloping of acromion causing mild acromio humeral impingement. Minimal fluid in the subacromial bursa. Mild acromio-clavicular arthrosis. Left shoulder is also the same. What can be done for this?

How it takes to heal after getting 3 sessions of prolotherapy
@AngelaGWillis2 жыл бұрын
First, let me say congratulations on your pregnancy, Danielle. Secondly, since you are taking about tears and stretching of ligaments and tendons, do you know the impact of prolotherapy on Diastasis Recti Abdominis, a separation of the lina alba at the midline? If you and Dr. H have had experience with this, I'd love to see a video on it.

Hi Angela, Thank you for the well wishes! :) While we do not do Prolotherapy for Diastasis Recti Abdominis in our office, research has shown promising results for this treatment in women post-partum.

@@CaringmedicalProlotherapy Thanks for your reply. Maybe you would reconsider doing it in your office, if you had a patient that needed it? I know of no other place that would even consider it.

Hi doctor I had prp for supraspinatus tendinopathy when do you recommend to do rehab expercises(physical therapy )

We always recommend that patients remain mobile and moving if possible - the best thing for healing is actually to move the body, although we wouldn't want you to do anything that is painful.

Do you know if pins and needles and numbess in feet and legs are common in cervical instability?
@CaringmedicalProlotherapy2 жыл бұрын
Hi Matt, Yes, the neck is the nerve superhighway to the brain, and there are people who experience various sensations in their legs that actually are stemming from the neck. One of the primary things that should be addressed by any provider who sees a patient for numbness is to identify what is causing that sensation asap. That symptom is taken very seriously in our office. Thanks for the question. Take care.

I've git impingement in both shoulders, I hate it. I'm sick of getting stuck in stupid positions. And it bloody hurts and my shoulders feel all bony and spiky at the cuff.

Train your muscles to activate and build around the shoulder area. Stretch and increase flexibility. This will activate the muscles and strengthen
