Rotax Engine Rebuild (part 1)

Rotax 377 rebuild for my ultralight airplane. The rebuild process will be the same for all air cooled rotax two cylinder engines.

I use anaerobic sealers... Yamaha makes a good sealer also...

There’s no way to make a gasket for that case. The case is split in a different axis than motorcycle or similar cases and doesn’t allow for a cork or otherwise gasket

Perhaps “Gaskacinch” for the cases? I recall using that on the Kawasaki.

@@aero_nwa correct....spot on. If done right, like you demonstrated here, there's absolutely no problem with using RTV.
