Rotax 582 Tear-down and Inspection

The popular Rotax 582 2 cycle aircraft engine requires regular overhauls and component inspections for reliable operation. I dusted off the memory bank last night and in the tool kit which comes with the motor there are two bars. One is for the spark plug spanner and the other smaller one drops into the hole where the pulse for the fuel pump comes out. You then turn the engine slowly and it will line up with a hole in the crankshaft which locks the motor. At least it used to.

If my rear main seal leaks very little with less than 200 hours on the motor should that be a big concern right away or can I wait till my 300 hour rebuild to make repairs
