I like how Cybertronian vehicle modes for transformers are very simplistic and intuitive, you don't need mirrors or a windshield to see where you're going when your head IS the windshield.

He's now stronger than ever, got a crazy firing rocket launcher, and the fact that he has no actual spark makes him all the more harder to kill (and he even seems to have put the space where his spark used to be to good use with that hole in his chest XD). And what most people fail to realize, that his new transformation method (by turning into a cloud of Transformium) actually makes him impossible to shoot at while he's changing forms. So like I said, Galvatron is 10x more badass! :D

I can answer this for you. If you watched the uncompleted transformers video it showed the flashes he had that were partially completed. He knew it would be easier to finish Megatron with a few more designs and get him out there to please us. The least we could do is thank him for all the work he does and everything.

In the first movie Megs was a ruthless beast, he was really bad. In the second movie he was so so, he still wrought this 'I will crush your bones' feeling, but wasn't the same evil guy he was in 07. In DOTM he was so weak, he was only there to BE there, he didn't really make a whole lot of stuff.

Actually no, after his upgrade with the parts of Scrapmetal, he gained a triple changer T-Cog. This means he has a Bot-mode, a Jet-mode and a new Tank-mode.
