Saturday the 4th May, running the Rotherham parkrun at Clifton Park.
225th parkrun and 3rd at Rotherham.
Heading to Rotherham parkrun for the SRC social parkrun
Bit of a chilly morning after the warm couple of days we've had and a bit damp and slippery underfoot after last nights rain. Started close to the front, tried not to push too hard and coast on the downhill and go steady on the climbs which helped keep the pace a bit more even and to get a 54 second course PB !
Official finishing time of 20:24 setting a new course PB
12th placed finisher out of 229 and 2nd in the 40-44 age group
My PB remains at Clumber Park parkrun 19:28 ( • Clumber Park, parkrun ... )
