I'm considering getting one of these, but some of the reviews on Amazon have mentioned issues with the pillows being different sizes and the lining of the box coming apart from the box

Excellent video. I'm between this color and the brown one. Brown looks more luxurious in photos but black I feel like it's more manly. Which one do you recommend? Black with grey, black with red or brown? Thank you and greetings

Hello! Thank you for the compliment :D I think they are all manly, it just depends on where you're going to place the box. I also was torn between the colors when I was first buying this. I ultimately went with black and grey because I had a dark colored dresser and I wanted the colors to be similar. Looking back, I kind of wish I went with the red pillows because I think that color combination is really sharp. I think all the colors are all equally manly, it just depends on where you're going to put it and what you want that area to look like. Good luck with this difficult decision!!

It's held up nicely over 3 years! I've moved with it, swapped watches every day, and used it as heavily as you can a watch box. It is still my primary watch box. The only thing that has gotten a little worn is that 1 pillow has been slightly damaged from me sliding a watch off it rather than unbuckling the clasp, but that is my fault for handling it much rougher than I should. Overall I am still very pleased with it! I just wish it came in an 8 slot version...

First, thank you for your review! I am about to purchase this box from Amazon and Can you tell that what is the circumference of the watch pillows? I am worried that It might be too tight for my watch straps. (my wrist is about 17.3cm/6.8inch).

Hello Kiwon Nam, thank you so much! The watch pillows measure at ~7.13 inch (18cm) unsquished but can be squished to ~ 6.75 inch (17.1cm). If your watch straps are a regular length, you should be fine! My wrists are 7.25 inch (18.4cm) and I have had no issues with the pillow sizing.

Do you think this watch box's pillows would work for a 6.5 inch wrist size without putting pressure on the watches? I dont want to break any of the watches using the box. Thanks for the review also :)

Hello! It depends on how long your straps are. The watch pillows measure at ~7.13 inch (18cm) unsquished but can be squished to ~ 6.75 inch (17.1cm). If your watch straps are a regular length, you should be fine! If you but straps that are shorter, you might look into swapping out the cushions. One thing you can do (which I do), is just loop the strap through the leather loop around the strap and don't buckle it. If you do that, it's not putting much stress on the strap, but you can still get it to wrap around the cushion.

@@OntheWrist I tend to mainly use the bracelets so they are fitted to my wrist size. Not sure if this box is the best option for me as the 6.75 inch squished pillows might still be too big :(

@@PTR2K Bracelets might be fine since they won't be stretched like leather would. You could always reach out to Rothwell directly to see if they have smaller cushions or have better info. Or if you really like the box you could get different cushions, but that does add more cost. Good luck with finding your next watch box!

@@OntheWrist I asked on the amazon listing and they claim it should fit but I have my doubts because they also said that if it doesnt close I can leave the clasp open at the back and sit the watches in. In my experience that never looks good and makes the watches sit strangely. Thanks for the help anyways!

I had a smaller version of the first box you showed (looks like the same brand maybe) and I was also not impressed with it. New box seems great - not only function wise but it looks good
