You and all of us! I wonder if it’s kit painful to talk about? Tank told us his story. I grew up watching J Valentine as a younger with his siblings on Soul Train performing as The Newtrons. They can all sing but J has a crystal clear beautiful voice. I payed an old video of them singing My Heart Beats for you. My favorite because of the memories it brings back. J is too humble with his gift.

I was such a huge fan of 'Boss' that I was hurt hurt when it abruptly left the air. I don't recall ever knowing why but I ended up buying the soundtrack just to try to console myself by having something to hold on to. Been lightly following 'Butterscotch' shenanigans and his alter egos journey since that show into 'Power'. Thank you for allowing us to appreciate Rotimi/Butterscotch journey. These episodes always bring education, background, hahlariousness, and true bonding of artists who as human beings can share the same space. Team No Egos!! I’m so grateful for this podcast. Every Saturday at work I look forward to the episode drop. Tank and J. Valentine, thank you for being awesome hosts, letting the artist tell their upbringing story which I love to hear because it’s insightful and inspiring, and for being so cool and genuinely funny. I cackle at work, lol. Y’all let y’all guests speak but always chime in right on time. I love Tank’s segment songs and how y’all really love on guests, I love J always teaching you something about the business, I just love it here. And ROTIMI!!! “Don’t you ever” and “make you say” are THE Jams. As someone with Haitian parents, I was like this music feels like Kompa!! Y’all are all so talented and may you all continue to be showered with blessings and love. Cheers to the good guys winning!!!!!!! ❤❤

If you want stats, look for LeBron. If you want rings, look for Russell. If you want MVPs, look for Kareem. If you want records, look for Wilt. If you want impact, look for Steph. If you want dominance in a position, look for Shaq. If you want perimeter defense, find Gary Payton. If you want athletics, find Kemp, Giannis or Malone. If you want greatness, look for Bird or Magic. If you want exquisite dunks, look for Carter, Dr. J or Wilkins. If you want a good Trash Talker, look for Garnett. If you want influence, look for Iverson. If you want remarkable scoring skills, look for Durant. If you want competitiveness, look for Kobe. If you want Impavidez at Clutch moment, look for Kobe again. Now, if you want a good slice of all that fit to a single player, then look for Michael Jordan.✅

WHERE DO I START? 1) Another great interview on an artist I coincidentally just found out about 3 weeks ago on the last episode of a Netflix documentary about the history and development of afrobeats & Locked "IN MY BED" to the playlist 2) loved the interaction with all three of you and his great storytelling and chronicling of his youth and journey in the entertainment business. Also had me cracking up along the way. 3) almost came to tears of joy when he blessed Bob with the $10,000. Great brother passing along the blessings and keeping his promises when someone did him a solid in a time of need. * so many great interviews but this one ranks up near the top for me for familiarizing me more about Rotimi & entertainment that you guys delivered. Wishing continue to Blessings to Tank, Valentine and Rotimi. The good guy won!
