"Diversion of fund" ka matlab hota hai ki, for example :- aapne agriculture Loan liya , aur us money se apni beti ki shadi kar di (aapne us money ka use crop produce Karne me nhi kiya ) 2. Siphoning of funds :- funds apne kisi dusre a/c me//relative k a/c me // apni company ki kisi subsidiary // apni company ki kisi sister concern me daal diya aur phir wahan se us paise ka misuse kiya, for the violation of natural justice in the form of tax evasion (agar koi tax evade karta hai to uska burden baki k tax payers par padta hai) ya phir kisi illegal activity me us fund ka use kiya "
