7In steel cutter on a 4 inch grinder...BEST way to cut out cast! :)...Don't know if you seen them yet but the Diablo 6 in. Carbide Recip Blades for Thick Metal Cutting, Are KILLER...For that finish cut; they're perfect...Like BUTTAH!

You should try a 7" cut off wheel on that 4 1/2" grinder be careful get wheels that don't shatter they hold together
