second case: Every female roommate I've ever had has invited a succession of dusties to come lay up with her for an extended period of time, and pretend it's no big deal for me to live with some dude in my space. I'm female, and I feel super uncomfortable with some loser falling asleep on the couch while playing video games. It's such a selfish stunt to pull. And all for a dusty who will wind up costing you money in the long run.

Case 2 I disagree the 1st breach of the contract was her moving in a 3rd roommate. He should have been able to only pay a 3rd of the utilities since she unilaterally decided to move in an extra person.
