INGREDIENTS | தேவையான பொருட்கள்
Mushroom / காளான் - 200g
Cabbage / கோஸ் - 100g
Maida / மைதா - 2 tbsp
Cornflour / கார்ன் ஃப்ளோர் - 1 tbsp
Onion / வெங்காயம் - 2
Tomato / தக்காளி - 3
Garlic / பூண்டு - 8 to 10 No's
Coriander Leaves /
கொத்தமல்லி - As Required
Ginger Garlic Paste /
இஞ்சி பூண்டு விழுது - 1 tbsp
Chilli Powder / மிளகாய் தூள் - 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder / மல்லித்தூள் - 1 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder / மஞ்சள் தூள் - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala Powder /கரமசாலா தூள் - 1/4 tsp
Salt / உப்பு - To Taste
Oil / எண்ணெய் - For Fry & Cooking
