Robert potts - That’s exactly what I was thinking. I’m sure the cat learned some canine martial arts too. I like how the dog seemed to understand that he needed to go easier on the cat when the cat made minor sounds of distress. That cat and dog were clearly having a fun time, and I suspect they will be best buddies forever. If the cat or the dog were serious, the fight would have been really harsh. The dog knew it was over when the cat claimed the high ground.

These two play together exactly like my 16 year old, 20 pound cat and my 8 year old 10 lb cat play together. Regrettably, its usually 5:30 AM and they feel it necessary to do part of the ritual on my bed.. They never intend harm but, at one time, the big cat got body slammed and now has a cauliflower ear. Gives him "street cred." Rottweilers are are beautiful, wonderful with kids and smaller animals (indoors anyway).
