I get my blood work this week and will talk to my dr to see if it's time to move up. I have had 3 weeks in a row now with either minimal loss or none at all. Although this weeks shot (I took yesterday) seems to be kicking my butt more than the ones before. Same spot (I always take the shot on either side of my tummy)

Yes, please increase your caloric intake. Your body might be going into “starvation mode“. Maybe, adding some healthy fats, such as avocado, and or nuts, will help if your suppression is too high to accommodate more food. Don’t be so hard on yourself. You can do this! 💐 Can’t wait to see your A1c results. I’ll bet they are lower than they were in May.

Thank you :) yeah I have also noticed my blood pressure is improving! Thank you so much for liking and commenting on my videos I really appreciate it :) Still a long way to go but I'm making progress. I got my labs done yesterday and waiting for results - they said 4-5 days but I've found it's a bit quicker turnaround and I'll talk to my doctor to see what we do next.
