I thought I had cracked the game, but I was doing the same with F4F. I have made a note in the rule book so I don't forget. Really enjoying your play through, nice to see your having some success.

Thanks coyi51, I hope they clarify this in the new printing. I assume this is done for Zero Leader because in Corsair Leader there are a ton more chits for each year.

Quick question. Are there naval targets in the game, such as warships or transports, and if so when you draw for the approach bandits can you draw the gun emplacement? Themeaticly, that would seem impossible. Not going to run up against an anti aircraft site over the ocean.

Hi, there are naval targets in this game (troop carriers, destroyers etc.) which use specific naval sites to draw from and are different from the usual sites that are on the back of the bandit chits.

There are 45 target cards in Zero Leader, but I’m not sure how many of them have keyword Naval. But if the target is Naval a gray Naval site is draw. And those are generally harder and less forgiving than the Ground sites. In any case, the target deck you use in a campaign is a subset of the full 45 card target deck, so some campaigns have more than others.

I don’t remember but, do the weight points carried affect maneuverability and/or air to air rating?

Hi Brett, those are separate things - it's a -1 penalty on the die roll for each WP carried (this includes Drop Tanks). Doesn't apply to bombers when they make a Defensive Fire Attack. 👍😊

@@RoughSwordsmanWargamer. Ah ok. But doesn’t it count “for” the bandits when they attack? So whenever you need to include the bomber’s ATA skill in a calculation wouldn’t the weight points factor in? I don’t think I saw you do that. Again, I. Ignition be misremembering as it’s been a while since I played Corsair Leader. (Don’t have Zero Leader yet). Bloody expensive. Lol

Thanks GreyBeard 80. Those tokens are called Bingo chits or tokens and I found mine on Amazon.

I think it's maybe too easy to choose from where we attack after the drawing of the sites. Here for exemple, the sites have no effect at all for the mission. What you think? Great video btw, congratulations, i enjoyed it a lot!

Hi bout dum' and thanks for the comment. I was lucky for this mission that there were no sites on my approach and that none in the other approaches had extended range - I'm not always that lucky!!
