I recall correctly most of this games dlc weapons are pretty essential to performing well in this game. The tactical shotgun and frontier rifle dominate at their respective ranges.

They're good for sure, but you can still do just as well with the hunting rifle, semi-auto and shorty. The problem is they're using the full-auto which is probably the worst gun in the game.

silenced frontier rifle and burst pistol are all I use. it makes the game much easier I cant go back to using the base guns. im not good enough for that. plus i got the frontier rifle and burst pistol free for some reason. ive never sent a dime on dlcs

People always bitch about the tactical shotgun in this game. All you have to do is stand more than 5 fucking meters away from the enemy and you're good. Also the frontier rifle is pretty shit considering the fire rate and that its not a 1 hit headshot
