It is a bit harsh on the nose and palatte but over all at this price point it surely is an amazing whisky.

That completely depends upon personal taste and preferences, however, in my opinion, the best wishes under 1000 is Whistler, Rockford Reserve, Oaksmith Gold, etc.

Thanx for the vdo,I bought it last week from Tom's wine Goa. As owner Ranjeet always suggests some new brands as he knows about my enthusiasm. Bro this Roulette I found Young notes but superbly blend. It's from house of Paul Jhon. Its nice to see local mkt is growing with innovative products. Finally have you noticed bro what happens after 120ml. Do share

Did not like it atall. Nothing premium in it. Massive alcohol hit on the nose...hard hit on the throat...absolutely avoidable I'd say.

I tried Roulette whisky last evening. There is no oakiness or maltiness or fruitiness. Just a little bit of smoke and a strong smell of peat, not in a good way but in a stinky manner. Medicinal like iodine and that of raw alcohol. Although it claims to have been aged in oak barrels, the smell and taste didn't make it appear to have been aged at all. This whisky smells like a garbage dump! Totally disgusting stuff! It's a shame that Paul John launched such a bad whisky. It spoils their reputation. This is to be completely avoided.
