@KallousKiwi3 жыл бұрын
Before super trans taz started, anyone who watches “breakdown” would have heard the power game of NZ vs the speed game of Aus debate. Watching the Crusaders hit up with a lad on their shoulder pushing them over the gain line while the reds try to tackle one on one and try to jackle was hugely unsuccessful. Also the reds need to put players to ground, how many off-loads and then that player allowed to flood through to the next phase while the Reds player goes to ground. Lastly, the long passing of all the Crusaders backs was outstanding. Switching point of attack all night from one side of the field to the other was crazy, especially when you have threats well spread out in the back line. Not sure how the finals will look like with all 5 NZ teams with 5 wins.

@@p-dee2288 So good you don't even know what year it was? 2005. Carter was really good in the early days, but when he lost his pace he wasn't the same attacking force. His passing was always laboured and slow, he often just shoveled it on from a standstill. Kicking and tackling were always good. DC was pretty average for a number of years but was important to winning the 2015 WC, even though he was well past his best. Again, that was purely kicking and defence. They're much different players, but Richie is on another level with his running/passing game. Crusaders have won 5 comps in a row, 3 with all the teams involved.
