I have to say guys , love the show , but you spoil every tournament with the thumb nails. Is there not a way you could simply, not put the players in the picture just the round number so that we don't know who is going to win the whole event before we can even watch it?

Awesome coverage! That "innovation" story is a bit weird though ^^. LegenVD literally posted a video playing "Eli's" list about a month ago... Can recommand checking his channel out! Really chill dude and a beast of a brewer! :)

6:55 I don't understand the math here. Challenger has 2 power. It also has prowess, 1st monstruous rage gives it +1. Thats already 3 power. 1rst rage gives +3. The second Rage does not trigger prowess. And it only gives +2 (because of the role token enchantlemt rule their annot be 2 of the same token on a single creature). Kassis did not bloc. No other cards did anything at this point. That should be a total of 8 damages. 2 (challenger power) +1 (prowess) +3 (1rst rage) +2 (2cnd rage = total of 8. So why did he only go from 18 to 11 ? (7 damage instead of 8). What am I missing ? Do I just suck at math ?

i believe whoever was controlling the display entered it incorrectly because although it’s very hard to tell i believe depraz wrote down 10 as life total

JED just missed a point; you can hear him say, "take... 7" so he effectively just missed the prowess trigger.

Great plays as always from the Pros here but the Leyline should have been banned like it is now.
@FlesterVids9 күн бұрын
its only banned in BO1, never banned in BO3 so any tournament can have the card

Mitchell Tamblyn got a Draw how did that happen?
@isaz24252 ай бұрын
In tournaments there is a time limit for games (to not delay the next rounds) If the game isn't over at that point, they have 5 turns to end the game or it's a draw.

2nd rage triggers prowess.
@frenche24802 ай бұрын
@@delconagher12 I thought so But I just read the rules for the leyline, the copy doesn't count as cast, therefore it does not in fact trigger prowess

Magic is supposed to be fun. Leyline of resonance is not fun.

The board stage is just 10 times harder to follow than in arena. And that’s the politest I can get.😢

Lol none of these decks would last in the mtg arena ladder and that enchantments and brewers is why there is no net decking in this format 😂 if you do good luck beating turn 3 8/8 hex proof infect Dino or another carzy one was green white tokens man had 13 20/20s and had to discard 10 card at his end step because he had drawn half his deck I love this format

All of these decks are top decks in Arena? Gotta love the arrogance in your 'ladder experience' being better than actual pro players playing actual pro decks.
@jacobeaton34462 ай бұрын
@@ghostguin1398 yep I'm arrogant complimenting the diversity of the format that's me. Or maybe you got upset because you brought one of these deck list in to the standard ladder and got smoked because like the people running this event said the pros made these decks to beat the other pros decks. Again I'm happy that people like you are mad because people like you ruin magic bitter for the sake Bitter mad and salty for the sake of being mad and salty grow up wtf 🤣🤣🤣
