Can i say, i believe your slightly wrong with roll changing, as you’d have to lift the roll onto the net platform, so in theory would tale longer, also can i ask, with the film device placed where it is improve crop build up in that area? that area commonly interferes with net binding. Also how easy is the switch from film to net? Great video. Thank you

also film bale are more round for longer in comparison to net they become sacks, film bales always stay round and opening a net bale can take 5-10 mins longer if the net "grows" inwards, so calculating wages into a bale a net bale is probably waaay more expensive. I don't have tested but I think they're better resistent to rips and tear due to incorrect handeling of the bales

In my opinion, this is a slanted view by John Deere towards Tama and netting as opposed to the real pros and cons for both products. As an example, a bale wrapped with netting will expand and suck in air (which is not good) before it gets wrapped in outer plastic. The bale with NRF won't (which is good). Both products work, as you have indicated, so then becomes a farmer or contractors individual choice which product to use. This year the vastly increased usage of Net Replacement Film in Ireland is huge, so farmers and contractors are making up their minds on what they know and have trialled as opposed to watching KZbin videos.... Also, now that most bale wrapping manufacturers are putting more effort to follow the ways of McHale Fusion 3+ by creating a machine for applying NRF also tells its own story.
