Ingredients:
Tinda (Round Gourd peeled) 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Ghee (as required)
Onion 🌰 ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1-1 tbsp
Mutton 1kg
Tomatoes 🍅 3 Nos.
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Salt 🧂 to taste
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin Powder ½ Tsp
Water 4-5 cups
Garam masala powder ½ tsp
Method:
In a pan, heat ghee and add cinnamonstick,cardamom,cloves, and onions.
Cook onion until starts changing colour.
Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute.
Add mutton and tomatoes and cook until mutton changes colour and tomatoes get soft.
Now add round gourd,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,cumin powder, and salt and mix
Add 3-4 cups of water and cover and cook until meat and round gourd is done.
Add water and cover and cook until fully tender and gravy is thick.
Add garam masala powder and green chilli on top.
