I was here a week ago and the left car was broken so the other was insanely busy. It took nearly six minutes to take one round trip, stopping at every single floor both ways.

These seem pretty slow for the distance they travel

These elevators are roped 2:1 I spotted a compensating sheave on the counterweight. I noted six landings the 4 mezzanines and 2 parking Might have been installed this way or the controller's FPM slowed with the landings being close together. This might be a gear-less machine which are not unheard of in low to mid rise installs.
