Hey another question about my roster build, how do I get players to have more than 8 years in there contract

unfortunately there isnt a way to do that anymore. before they introduced clauses to the game you could do longer then 8 but now most you can do is like 1 year with an 8 year extension

Not the desired result but still a very successful season by any standard. Tommy Shipley was the goalie who retired. From now until the end of the series, you should go through that list more thoroughly since lot of players from the first few years of this franchise will likely be going. Try to re-sign Tulupov but not Capadouca or Heard. Hennessey can probably walk too as you already have enough top 6 talent. The guys you pinned for the draft look solid.
