Delighted to see this. When I was a child growing up on a dairy farm, we had a border collie and the natural herding tendency of this breed was quite evident when I took the dog with me to the pasture field to bring the dairy cows into the barn for milking. The dog was very helpful in getting the whole herd headed in the right direction; an occasional straying by a cow was instinctively corrected by our dog.

My fiancé got rounded up at a house party in Colorado decades ago. There were tons of people and they all were packed together in the kitchen! The best had a sheep dog and was putting all the people in one room

A brilliant, Pythonesque video. It's interesting that the dogs have such a strong herding instinct that they herd humans, and, I would postulate, perhaps anything else that moves in groups! I have seen a border collie herd a pair of toddlers.

My brother-in-law's Old English Sheepdog used to herd me every time I took it for a walk . Unfortunately, it would drag me into a run, then cut me off so I would trip and fall. Apparently, he had a sense of humour
