If no seat alloted in R1 and R2 but alloted in open round and then got a seat in NEET PG then while resigning we have to pay 3 lakhs? And what about the security money that we have deposited for applying in open round? Will it be refunded ? Or a total of 6 lakhs penalty?

Anytime you resign a joined seat after open round you have to pay 3 lakhs (in certain cases beyond 3 months or 6 months - more than 3 lakhs). The refund of security deposit - that you will get if you join the seat now - and that will be around September end or October mid. thats based on your joining the open seat now.

You mean to say if we resign after joining, it will cost us 6 lakhs total

We don't think so sir. Can you pls share details. Open round is usually online. However we will have to wait for more details. It used to be offline earlier.
