If you are taking the third exit move across after the second. Another example if you are taking the fourth exit move across after the third exit.

If the first exit is straight ahead must you indicate when leaving the roundabout like in the last clip on the vid?

At this roundabout you will not need to indicate on approach or as you come off. As you come off this roundabout your road position and the road markings make it clear what you’re intentions are!
