It was the combo of Jas' HP, little bit of lifesteal and the ability that spreads damage taken over 5 seconds. So all of Rik's damage was taking longer to take effect which let saw and static field heal that damage. There were 2 rounds I think where Jas died without being hit because the damage finally caught up to her. When Rik was able to keep the silence on her it also messed her up.

And unlike the damage he dealt with Shockwave + the floor, Static hits _every second, and can be stacked._

I also noticed that when rik get close to jazzy (in the line of the saw when activated) he is taking no damage, so when rik upgraded his saw the range gets bigger but the thing is when jas gets close to rik, rik isn't able to deal damage because the line (saw) isn't hitting her, hope this makes sense

That overpower in the beginning would have changed the whole tide since I’m pretty sure overpower can’t be blocked and since it does % damage, it would’ve wrecked house

Ye, very true. Overpowered really becomes the biggest source of damage at that point. Rik had many block abilities, but they weren't really damaging ones. So the Lifesteal and Decay from Jas allowed her to outheal any damage Rik could do to her in most cases, making it look like she took no damage.

The reason Jazzy wasn't taking damage is because of Decay. Decay is pretty overpowered already, but mixed with her lifesteal made her pretty much unkillable. She was healing faster than the damage, since it's spread out over 4 seconds.

I think you're not understanding radar shot, either. It's not a 100% accurate shot, nor is it homing. It shoots straight at the enemy, but doesn't track when fired. So if they're moving enough, it can be dodged.

For the 10-round set, Ash was right about Jas having life steal. It wasn't just that she was constantly blocking, she was also constantly healing. In the few seconds before Rik made his comment about not being able to damage her (@32:40), Jas had gone from around 80% health to around full health. Skimming back, Jas took Taste of Blood (which increases Life Steal) after her fourth loss.

One thing you guys night not know about brawler. For every tick of damage it doubles your current health for 3 seconds, so with saw or poison cloud it gets insane.

When you see Fast Forward, where it says it keeps it's default trajectory, it speeds the bullet up a ton but it still keeps the arch of the bullet from before. So it doesn't fly strait like the others.

Jas got Taste of Blood which increases her movement speed and gives her slightly more life steal, so she could block almost all of the damage and heal to full health Edit: She also got Decay in the same round which gives a lot of hp and spreads out the damage, making it very easy for her to heal up. And then tank for a bunch more hp again Edit 2: Rik also got Taste of Blood, but his only way to deal constant damage was Saw and his bullets had something as well, I think. Jas could block most of that and had several methods of dealing constant damage: Static Field, Radiance, Saw, Shield Charge, and Frost Slam. Refresh let her block constantly because of that, so she had multiple Static Fields at a time, especially when she got Shield Charge, because it blocks twice. Rik couldn’t take advantage of Refresh and Taste of Blood because Jas blocked so many of his hits. Edit 3: Jas being able to block so much also let her get around Rik's Silence ability Edited for typos

Plus I'm starting to think you can't block Static because it's not a shot, so Rik thought he was all defended with his omni-blocks but was eating facefuls of damage. Implode + Shockwave + floor does formidable chunks of damage, but Static does damage every second and can be layered one-over-another _endlessly._

Yeah, that makes sense. Frost Slam and Static Field also seem to slow Rik down, individually. Stacking like the damage from the various Static Fields. There does seem to be a hard cap for the slowing, though. Edited for typo

As soon as Jas got Shield Charge, it combined with everything else that stopped Rik from completing his Abyssal Countdown, thus preventing him from using his trump card. The game was determined from there.

no. The best combo is Shields Up and Tactical Reload. Running out of ammo triggers a block, and blocking refills ammo. Combine with Spray (or Demonic Pact!) for infinite sprays of bullets.

What happened was that has had lifesteal from taste of blood and she had decay so because the decay made it so she took a little bit of damage at a time she was healing faster than she was taking damage which made her immortal.

Round 16 at 36:47 has a solid show of the power scaling and difference. Ash's one volley is enough to wipe out both himself and Price, but several bullets hit both Rik and Jas. And they don't seem too worried about it outside of the tiny thrust that messes with their movements. In several rounds after they couldn't do anything prior to this, they also tried to challenge the gods, or were run down by them, or just got caught in-between them. So this is probably one of the better showcase rounds of it, even though it goes really fast.
