It's even got the square wave sounds from the original!!! Imo Fire Red and Leaf Green's rendition of the Kanto soundscape is incredibly underrated. Particularly I'm a massive fan of FRLG's interpretation of Silph Co. with the progression starting menacing and creepy to turning straight up panicked and frantic.

ORAS instruments were so obnoxiously loud and lacking differentiation in instruments. This sounds a lot better than ORAS. DS -BW soundfont is still best IMO

the problem with 6th gen (and sort of 7th) is that it didn't go BALLS TO THE WALL like gen 5 did, in both instrumentation and composition
