Route to 2039, Part 2 describes walks on the west side (Luxulyan Parish)

Again I have tried to gather a wide variety of opinions, ranging from visitors travelling to Luxulyan from far away to local residents who have been in the area for all their lifetime. The 8 calls to ACTION are not extravagant or excessively ambitious; in face I think most viewers will think they are just good old commonsense. And that is why we can't accept any more delay.
