Thank you for the review. It is, indeed, the finest currently available handlebar bag. Its lack of proper waterproofing is a pity. I'd also hope for a little larger size. And a bit more reasonable pricing. On every other count it beats all of the competition hands down.

Hi there, thank you for your great review & thoughts on the Route Werks bag! Did you manage to find a solution with your local bag maker regarding the straps/buckles for the unused space in front of the bag? I would love to see a kind of update on this bag. Apart from that I think Route Werks made a really awesome bag Best regards from Germany.

I didn’t yet sadly. I made an attempt at attaching my own and it is - so-so but I really wish I could have a re-make of that one too :)

Put some Velcro in the latch area. Get some sticky back Velcro and use the fuzzy side it works great.👍
