Thing I love about your build videos like this is, the small techniques and 'tips' which you don't even deem worthy of mention that I see and think 'Hey! that would work great for XY or Z project I'm working on!' Really enjoying this series (especially with fewer slot screws this episode ;) )

What a nice job! I love your attention. To detail and general attitude, makes me want to get into my workshop. Also nice to hear mention of Norm Abrams, I had wanted to build his router table for many years...

When you replace the hinges consider using offset or swing free hinges that will allow the door to open to 180. You will need to coordinate the pulls on the drawers. Which I can't wait to see how you build those

A good alternative for shimming panels are pipe cleaners. It sounds ridiculous, but it works.

I love your video's and very nice router cabinet. Where did you find that beautiful straight grain yellow pine?

Are you going to be able to remove that inner panel with that out side door? The cabinet is very fine looking, great job!

I demonstrated that later in the video.

I have a question on the heat from the router please. With dust extraction the air is moved out and the heat with it. Without dust extraction will the heat build up and harm the router?
