I believe the track itself is Freefall Frenzy / Fractured Freeway from μpak by Eldog. We edited out the moving skybox because it was distracting or painful on the eyes for some of our friends. (Unless you meant the soundtrack which is Tea With Ellie but I'm assuming it's the racetrack. Hope that helped!)
