Absolutely loved these tips!! I think consistency is so important. I've really noticed a difference from not meditating, journalling and saying affirmations this past month. I'm inspired to start charging my phone outside my bedroom, I feel like this could be life changing!

It definitely makes it harder to fall into the easy habit of negative scrolling patterns before bed and when you wake... which I think are the most important windows of the day. Isn't it wild how different you feel when you lose the positive habits!!
