Finding a routine helped quiet a bit, but as I continued to research and look for routines I discovered this ideas of "rhythms" and our home has never been the same! The idea of living by a rhythm within your home is far deeper than simply living by a routine, and so powerful! Once we started exploring this idea of rhythm - alternating times of quiet with times of busy, times of social with times of independence - our house became so much calmer and more peaceful.
