Hi, Thanks for the compliment. Folder structure is useful in nested routing. Example user/profile can be achieved with folder named user but if you have file named user.js, you cannot create nested route for profile.

NextJS is more of SSR and Fast React, You can use Redux with NextJS but NextJS says that always render you data on server side and reduce client side fetching. So, if there is no Client Data Fetching, we have less data in state to maintain globally.
