I HATE Webex Contact Center. I was hired as a Director at a company where I thought I'd be doing Infrastructure management work but was hit with supporting this piece of sh-t application. Trained for the 'expert' cert and passed by the skin of my teeth due to an instructor that was the worst I have ever seen. Not a DAY goes by where multiple clients are calling due to issues with this app. It's to the point where I'm ready to quit.
