If you were coaching someone's racing start, what are the key fundamentals? Such as how much power, slide length, do you use your arms more on the first stroke? Im starting regatta racing this year in the 1x and my starts are rubbish lol

Idk if this is relevant anymore, but my coach told me, your first stroke is half slide and as much power as possible on your first stroke
