for f2p, im sticking to int Build..im on 1.1k int right now...going to up tier 4 upgrade and not yet tier 1 refine..hopefully can get 1.5k soon

Yeah it's getting easier at higher level for CRIT and int build, didn't expect pen build will be a challenge as you go on but I'm determine to go on, so you don't have to haha

F2p Wizz 1 hand here.. Got 230% (shield just +3) mpen with all mpen equip.. But the problem is haste.. From lvl 10 Strom gust (with age ring) .. Drop to lvl 5...(actually had haste moroc enchan + SE 4)..decide back to basic formula demage. Until get enough haste. Anyway thank for this video..

Yeah that's the problem for wiz, and for hunter no shield for pen, it's a struggle just to get high pen

it was not shown in the video, but did you include the focused shot skill on the skill slot or you are only depending in auto shot skill in SE. Damage might be better if you include the Focused shot skill in the skill slot together with the auto focused shot trigger.

Feedback that I got 250% to 270% pen deal a lot of dmg for but that is for HW and spear knight, I'll update when I get that high pen, if it is good for auto atk sniper.i hope it'll be good as well.

Definitely do better than CRIT build in pvp, but if you want to go for pvp, the int falcon build will be better

I think you should have been shortbow from the start, since you're going for pen. That way your SE is more in sync. Just my opinion

King why do you need so high Pen ya? in kvm everyone is wearing murphy, means very little defence. while when hitting normal mobs, the overall defence is low. why not push for higher dex instead for the multiplication of p.attack x pen to be higher

me and my guildmates have been debating whether katar crit build would benefit from the penetration stat (I know crit ignores def and final def) until I saw this. I know you're a sniper and I'm an assassin cross but with the way you discussed how your damage diminished when you got a crit hit tells me that penetration and critical katar type builds aren't meant to be. I guess to increase my damage output further I just need to increase my p.dmg bonus (2 more marduk cards for me). thanks again for another informative video

Yeah you're right, for CRIT damage calculation in rox, it do not take account the pen stat, so having pen for CRIT build will justt do nothing to the crit damage

I think its better to use izlude enchantment than alberta enchantment. Overdose penetration is not better than balance stats.

I think this build (penetration archer) is hard to pull off when u are f2p. You dont feel any gains unless you get your pen so high like whales do and you sacrifice too much P.atk just to increase that pen. Also, u need to balance it out with a higher p.dmg bonus. For pvp, I think this is still viable, with a full murphy set, lvl 50 white bow, lvl 50 talisman and 2 lvl 90 PVP p.dmg bonus rings, I think this build can still be strong.

It does seem useable for higher level monster, or in instance or for bosses, the lv80 set bonus activation takes too long, for PvE the monster already die before it is activated

Just stick with the talisman pen then use 2 blue dex brooches.. it will significantly increase your attack and dps.. rather than 2 white acce

@blank latte for weapon use 1 morroc pen enchant and 2 prontera enchants Refine to at least +6 If not whale, use 3 big foot cards to increase dmg.. then pdmg bonus hg cards Max out your Dex for armors and acce from payon and prontera.. by this point of the game you should go payon enchants because of your mining level and gardening level.. it will save you time for the later stages of the game.. you need to at least have 1500+ dex stat

Yes i agree, dex give you not only patk but also haste. So it will reduce the cd of active focused shot. So your focused shot will occur often, from auto and active focused shot.

if i'm allowed to give you advice, i think you should consider change to blue weapon instead of using +7 white weapon to compensate the lack of patk and it give more aspd too. +6 blue weapon is enough because the stats is equal to +9 white weapon. dont worry about the awakening refine, 10% difference is nothing compared to the stat you got. i've tried this myself for my sniper.
