It's weird in this episode. In the games, Vanessa was forced to work with the Mimic but now in the new season of The Security Breach Shows, Mimic was forced to work with Vanessa, who was also being controlled too. But, Vanessa was under control too. And I thought it was Mimic who controls Vanessa again.

Key detail: there are several Mimics who can originate into their own personalities when given the chance too, like Tiger Rock, Glitchtrap, 4th Closet Funtime Freddy.. so to me it isn't that surprising that some Mimics who would want to differentiate from that 'cult' would be somehow brought back to their side - by choice or not.

There's like, at least 7-8 mimics across the various shows that have been seen running around.
