In the first step from the beginning temperature to the melting point, why does the graph go to -5 instead of -35?

It sounds like my brain just glitched 😂 I said “up to the melting point of negative 5” as I was drawing it. I think because I was going back and forth between the two slides, I just forgot that the melting point was negative 35. There’s A LOT going on in this problem.
