This album was quality. They were about to break it big when the scene ended. Remember seeing them support Bon Jovi in 87, Warrant in 91 and Poison when they toured. They were a solid band who got traction on MTV with great songs and it's a shame it all ended. You can hear they were heavily influenced by bands like Bon Jovi and Whitesnake.
