That's it. Many greats say he was the best ever, including me. Sugar said it 6 years later himself "Roy is perhaps the most talented fighter I've ever seen". If only he'd hung them up after Ruiz or after Tarver 1. This weight cut down from heavyweight 25kbs in record time at age 34 killed him.

James Toney can adjust to any style, but to beat speed it takes timing and an entire training camp. Toney should have asked for a rematch after three years and fight 10 opponents during that time, and go through a training camp to land the left hook . Similar to Robinson vs Turpin rematch where Robinson landed the left hook early and get Turpin out.

End of the 8th round, Toney hurt Jones that was stupid from the ref. Apart from that dominance from a prime RJJ 🙌
