Roy's bluntness is why he would succeed as a a manager because it builds a foundation and sets the tone for accountability. Remember, most of Roy Keane's gripes about United as a pundit have been targeted at Maguire, but also at the lack of accountability from the players.

Roy Keane's weakness is connections, he needs to have his own coaching staff. I suggest to look around the Europe, other leagues & search for good professional/talented coaches, they can also help with scouting. Once he has his own team, they can develop chemistry & then have projects to develop teams. He'd be great for Everton if Roy builds his own team around him, has his own development projects/plans.
