They want the special treatment but also to be left alone in public, screw that. I used to hold a similar view to you until I had my run in with a Famous person. It was at a restaurant and wife and I were already seated and ordered. Manager comes up and asks if we would mind getting up and letting this "Famous" person get our table. He said, you guys will be reseated as soon as a table comes up. I asked, how long of a wait he said, no more than 30 minutes. I declined because we already waited 35 minutes to get a table and it was our anniversary. Turns out I didn't have a choice and it got rough. then the person/his entourage had the gall to talk shit. So no, this dude doesn't deserve to just go about his day as a normal person because I guarantee when he gets the normal person treatment he will not accept it
