The samples are from the Disconet remix of Lay all your love on me, from 1981. DJ was (is) Raul Rodriguez. It was never released commercially but appeared plenty on bootleg 12" and samplers.

Thomas Bangalter (Daft Punk), did this in 1998. Roy Rogers was team member of the Label "Roulé" for the U.S. sales rep, and made the Pantones disks for this market, including this track.
