You're right, it just SCREAMS Tacony/Panasonic/Sharp, really any of the early clean air/bypass uprights that became popular in the late 80s/early 90s.

I have this model and FYI..it being a TTI product Hoover Y hepa bags fit this machine perfectly plus the Hoover tempo style 160 belts as well .. just saying 😁

You have a different vacuum than this then. This is not the same vacuum as what you have in Hoover y bags fit and 160 belts fit.

No sir.. i don’t have a Hoover, I have the white model royal eminence and I’m running it with a Hoover Y hepa bag and wind tunnel 160 belt.. they fit.. try it... the bag collar on the Hoover Y bag fits perfectly on the bag tube..

I wish that Royal would bring back the PowerTank powerteam canister vacuums. I'd bet that people would line up to buy them with such a starved market for quality.

Its a very interesting machine. A very different design then the typical crappy dirt devil designs.

It always amazes me how many times the Panasonic machines were copied and re copied... even though that design was sourced from the old dialamatic I believe. You can still find the Panasonic machines on amazon for $100 bucks which makes it hard for me to justify the price of a Tacony product... I wonder if either the Panasonic or Tacony machines clean better than the other

I believe some of the Tacony machines do clean a little better than the Panasonic's that being said there was a 2 late Panasonics that had centerfeed suction. I believe those to out clean the Tacony ones
