I am so inspired by your “non-technical warmup”. I believe I am going to share this approach with my beginner ballet classes. Correct me if I’m wrong but the warmup appears to based on stand pre-ballet vocabulary made age appropriate for adults. It’s brilliant!!!

Thank you. Shoulders straight. Keep you butt in on plia . We aren’t on a toilet. Throw then pause floating down Oh pardon flashback..yes my feet are bleeding from pointe Smile! I do miss it. Excellent classes!

Question: When you do your dramatic finish and do the rise from 3rd, your feet are together. How do you get your feet together?

It's usually the front foot that draws across and tightens towards the supporting leg. It's an advancement... maybe keep the toes in place to begin, and as confidence builds you can start the drawing in!
