Hey bro I'm making your pedalboard config and I have a doubt: By the time you did the 2/2 How to sound like royal blood video, had you the y-box? I don't know if it's neccesary for doing the config or I just need the splitted cable to plug in the MOEN Gec9. Greetings, bro, you are awesome.
@loickjouaud95575 жыл бұрын
I don't use an ybox, I soldered 3 jacks togethers, the ybox does the same thing, it's just a neater solution, and if you don't have a switcher like my Moen GEC9 you can switch the bass amp directly on the ybox
@Mersento5 жыл бұрын
@@loickjouaud9557 hey man i have a new doubt. When I use the amp channel my guitar channel is very softer and sounds only with the mooer tender octaver. The configuration is the same like your video... Do you know why happens this issue?
@loickjouaud95575 жыл бұрын
I think you have impedance problem, you probably need an active ybox or a buffer after the signal splitting. If you have a buffered bypass pedal like boss pedals, try to use it as a buffer after your signal splitting on one of the 2 amps, or if you have a pedal with a dry out like boss dd3, whammy 4 etc... you can use it as an active ybox

Are you able to cut your bass amp signal on and off through the looper? If so, how?
@MultiDieguxo5 жыл бұрын
He has 1 loop that is a y box, so one part of the siganl goes to his bass and the other maintain the guitar path on the looper
@KaananAdams5 жыл бұрын
@@MultiDieguxo is the Y box signal controllable by the GEC 9 pedal? For example, a preset that cuts off the bass signal, turns on some guitar pedals or vice versa.
@MultiDieguxo5 жыл бұрын
@@KaananAdams yes!!, however the "guitar signal" is not affected by the presence of the y box, cause it only splits the signal. It creates a new path for the bass every time signal flows through the pedal :)
